What is the role of the Matter Bridge Application?
The Matter Bridge solution creates a generic library that enables existing smart products to make their functions accessible via Matter. The result is that operators of Linux-based gateways using this bridge do not have to deal with complicated commissioning processes and other Matter-specific aspects.
In short, with our software you can make your ecosystem appear in popular Matter apps such as Amazon Alexa, Google Home or the Apple Home with little effort.

There are four main components that belong to the overall solution:

To use the Matter Bridge, only the Matter Bridge interface needs to be integrated into the host application. All other components are embedded in this.
